About Us

History and Info

The Cherokee Bowhunters Archery Club was originally based in Cherokee County, Kansas where the name came from.  We bounced from spot to spot in southeast Kansas until moving to our permanent home at the Fort Crowder Wildlife Area southeast of Neosho, MO around 1988.

Our range is open to shooting any day, any weather (if you're willing!).  We have 2 walking courses, each have  14 target back stops, along with a practice range with back stops from 10-65 yards.

See our Events and Scores page for dates of our 3-D shoots.
